Asbestos Lawsuit Filed in Ohio
A truck driver has filed an asbestos lawsuit in Madison County, Ohio, claiming he had been exposed to asbestos over his 48 year career. William Kirk of Ohio, filed the suit after he found out he had mesothelioma directly related to the exposure of asbestos. Mr. Kirk claims he was exposed to the asbestos over his whole career.
