Dallas Bus Accident Blamed For Faulty Brakes

Six passengers were treated at the scene of an accident and one passenger was hospitalized when a bus in Dallas crashed into a gas station and a fence. The driver of the bus told all 37 passengers to hold on before exiting of a major highway within the Dallas city limits. The driver of the bus took the exit heading towards the Dallas Zoo before the accident occurred.

Reports indicate that one of the passengers decided to jump out of the window injuring his foot. The driver and some of the passengers indicated to local enforcement agents that the brakes were not working properly and was unable to slow down the vehicle. Mr. Laurel the driver of the commercial bus will not face charges.

They will continue to investigate the accident to determine if the accident was indeed a result of faulty brakes.
