Ohio Asbestos Ruling

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled Wednesday, October 15, 2008, that a 2004 law making it more difficult to pursue lawsuits over asbestos related deaths and illnesses which can be applied to cases that were in the pipeline before the law was passed.
